35i to 30i Dual Exhaust Question

What would prevent the use of an aftermarket cat-back 35i dual exhaust setup on a 30i, other than the bumper?

Thanks.

Potentially different location/orientation of where the cat-back connects to the front of the exhaust.

I thought of that, but can't tell from any photos I've found. Welding and fabrication are no problem for me, so length of pipe and replacing flanges is no issue. I'm more concerned with the bends and mounting points. I'm just being lazy and hoping to avoid building the whole thing from scratch.
