Constant power source under the hood?

I want to install an accessory under the hood (bonnet). It requires a constant power source. If it was a normal car, I would just tap into the battery, but since we all know that’s in the trunk, does anyone know where there is an easily accessible power source under the hood?

There's a jump point under the hood if you want a direct connection to the battery; look for the red cap. It's at the back just to the driver's side of center.
