VMR V710 vs the new V810 wheel

I am close to pulling the trigger on a new set of wheels. I decided on the VMR 710 series. Then VMR announced the new forged 810 series. Same style just a different manufacturing style and higher cost by 25% From the contacts on the Commercial advertising section of this forum, I got the following comparison for a compete set of wheels and Michelin PSS tires. If am am going to bite the bullett, I am going to dump my 2000 miles old RFT's.
Thought you may be interested.

This is from Velocity Motors

The main difference between the V710 and the V810 is that the V810 uses flow forming technology to lower the weight of the wheel, while still maintaining its strength. For instance, the V710 in 19x9.5 ET45 weighs about 26.5 pounds. The same wheel size essentially for the V810 weighs about 22.8 pounds. For everyday driving, you won't notice a huge difference, but ultimately a lighter weight wheel is never a bad thing. It can help improve acceleration, deceleration, braking, MPG, etc.

If you're looking for a setup that is fairly flush without spacers, an 18x8.5 ET35/18x9.5 ET33 should work. Your stock tires should fit on the wheels as well.

We do offer wheel and tire combos, and can source any brand/model sold on Tirerack.

I have the same setup except with Avant Garde M310. Size and offset you listed will work but it will be about 5 to 10 mm from being flush unless you are lowered.

I've always admired that wheel style. It'll look great!

I have always loved the Z4 Hardtop Coupe. If I could have 2- Z4's, the Hardtop Coupe would be my 09's garage mate. Love your car and wheels. Nice sanitary mods. I am going for the Hyper silver as my car is Space Gray Metallic.
