just curious:top speed without limiter?
I'd like to know top speed of 30i and 35i(and is) without limiter.....
And with juicebox..... I'd like to remove limiter and go to my favourite desert road to test this.....hoping it's not 255km/h instead of 250.....(i believe that 258 bhp are enough for 260km/h.....the hope in Italy is free, at the moment) Francesco |

It depends where you live...mine isn't limited anymore but it was before the remap. It ran out of "puff" at 150mph and haven't found anywhere I can try it since the remap. Mybe next week ....

huh, anyway I was talking about this with 2 of my friends....one of this is an engineer and has got a little factory where he produces racing parts for Exige's and other lotus cars....
the other one is an engineer but not in an automotive compartment.... they stated that 30i can reach 265-270km/h, 35i in fact can reach 295, not sure if 35is is the same or more, they need some more info about drag coefficient for M pack.... Francesco |

ok, more than 290 I think that is good.....you can catch up a ferrari 355 on the german highways....
anyway I believe that it's a good speed, also considering the drg coefficient, not under 0.3..... Francesco |

And now for the trick question:
What do you think is the top speed with the top down?

I keep my hair shorter since I got the Z4.
Took it to 110 mph (177 kph) today in 4th gear with the top down, the fastest I've been in that car yet. Surprisingly quiet at that speed. (I will not disclose which jurisdiction this happened in )
