Brand New and air conditioning/heat stopped!

It was fine, and all of a sudden - nothing... not heat, not cold, no lights on display. I turned the car off and on a few times - nothing. So I made a call to the dealership, and they said run it over and they would look. They checked it out and same thing... and said they never encountered this before, and that it will need to come in for service, and no estimate on how long it will take to fix. NOT HAPPY to bring a car in with 98 miles on it!

I left with an appointment for tomorrow morning, and continued to a store I need to go to. I come out, and it is now working again!

I think I will reschedule the appointment for next week, I'd really like to enjoy my car a few more days!

Exactly the same thing happened to me within the first few hundred miles of driving it (2012 28i). Turning the car off and on multiple times did not fix it. But when I went to start it the next morning, the problem had vanished . . . and has never returned.

it happen to me on my previous e85 z4 looks like bmw as not find the bug yet.
