I am sure you can order now and be scheduled for sometime in May. Just ask your dealer. We did ED on our Z4 and it was the best trip of our lives.

They started taking orders first of March.
I've got my production number just waiting on my date. Hoping for late May but apparently May is one of the busiest months so might be first week or two of June. |

Honestly at this point no idea. I'm not typically one of those people that likes to schedule things to the nano-second. I foresee some seat-of-the-pants type travel with some impromptu change in direction. My wife and I have kind of outlined Germany-Austria-Italy-Switzerland and back. |

Anyone getting a 2014 Z4 on ED? What dates?
What is a good target price? I got two offers for between 700 and 800 over ED invoice. Is this the best price anyone has heard of so far? |

I am confused - ED pricing is fixed by BMWNA and it is a nice discount below sticker of about 6% of the model base price. You can see it on the webiste summary page once you build your car and then scroll to the bottom and click on ED (with a picture of Das Welt).

If you go in uneducated your CA may be willing to take 7% off of MSRP and leave all of the options at full retail. For the uneducated this might look like a great deal. In my case I would have left over $4000 on the table by doing that. I think for most buyers it's easier to understand what the invoice price of the car is - either US delivery or ED and then shoot for around $500-$1000 over that price. |
