It was hard for me to dial in on form with the sped up video
Are you guys lifting in running shoes because those raised heals stuck out to me - interested to see your form when barefoot.
No matter it did show nice power.

My grey faux suede nikes are FLAT bottom. I repeat, I ONLY lift in flat bottom shoes.

However, when olympic lifting (cleans/snatch) always use a heeled lifting shoe because it gives you proper leverage.

On the squats I go flat foot/bare foot. Interesting point tho. Maybe ill do a workout barefoot and address that.

PS: Watch the portions that AREN't sped up for accurate analysis

Yep. just found the beauty, but now I'm moving to Tampa for the summer so its so long and farewell for the forseaable future.

I used to weight lift often, but more recently its just basketball n cycling. No motivation to go to the gym unfortunately

What do you need for motivation? If you are happy with your physique from basketball and cycling, you're probably doing well without it. Its just fun, and good for your health. You are apparently not sedentary, so I guess learn to hate your physique or you prob won't want to go back
