Voice command issue.
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com When I use voice command to change preset radio station, (By saying \"preset #\") the computer changes it to appropriate presets except preset 2. When I say preset 2, the computer acknowledges that but nothing happens. Thanks! |

I've tried this and can confirm that 'preset 1' works, 'preset 2' does not. 'preset 3' does but then 'preset 4' does not. Somewhat odd.
However, asking for 'voice commands' and the system appears to prefer the phrase 'saved station 1' or 'saved station 2' which do appear to work. Typically however I prefer to use 'station ...' ... for example, here in the UK, I simply ask for 'Station Capital' or 'Station BBC Radio1' to have voice command do the work locating the station I wish to hear rather than having to remember which preset is which. It works well.. the caveat... you have to be spot on with the wording as it expects it. |

Strange, what radio do you have, I have NAV and premium sound.
I usually don't use presets, I prefer the six buttons in the center, but for a test I put stations in the first five presets and called them up with voice commands. All five worked perfectly. Have you tried to put a different station in preset 2? |

I have both as well. I did put a different station, and it still won't call up preset 2. I will try using saves station or some other variant and report back.
