custom exhaust

Can anyone give some feedback on custom exhausts? i don't like the double one sided exhaust thats on the 2.8i and don't see any aftermarket options. Thinking about going custom but main concern will be the loss in pwr/ tq and it will need a tune. I don't know any of the local shops that can do this.

If you have patience, time and find a good shop in terms of materials and finish.... go for custom... Do not worry about power/torque loss, turbo engines only gain if "opened", since don't need back pressure, tuned or not.

Hi, the CV3s are a bit heavy but i love them.... Mine are 20x9 and 20x10.5 and look a bit exagerated on the rear. For sure are headturners when i driving around ... But I guess that BBS will be a better choice in terms of performance. For what concern the size... A good balance between esthetic and functionality is 9 et 35 front and 10 et 40 rear. 245/30 front, 285/25 rear or something like that. Ciao!

Running on customs now. Almost a straight pipe after the cat. Sounds amazing. Did a piggyback tuning after, no loss in power and torque.

Did 335bhp,470bm on crank. Not sure if it's accurate but car definitely feels more responsive after.

Think i have the dyno sheet somewhere in my mod diary hahaah. Will dig it up and post it here.

Gots the sound clip of me exhaust too!
