I want to know when the next M roadster will be out and if it will have the S65 engine.

since z4 came out in 03 and Mroadster in 06
if the new z4 comes out in 2010, the new Mroadster comes out in 2013?!? can't wait that long..

I've been pretty skeptical from the spy photos but after seeing this video I'm sold on the new body style.

This car has dual pipes, therefore it more than likey will get the N54 engine. Currently BMW doesn't have a NA N52 in any car with dual pipes. So YES dual pipes does mean N54. Your point that the 135 doesn't have dual pipes is moot, neither does the 535i.
Your logic is a bit backwards.

Actually, according to the current product cycle, the current Z4 will finish production with the 2009 model year and production of the new Z4 will begin summer 2009 with first deliveries in October 2009 (2010 model year).

So we're still about 17-18 months away from initial deliveries.

Seems rather odd that there were multiple camera angles???
and almost "too" professional for spy shots.

My reliable source from BMW told me that new Z4 will be in Germany available in less than one year time. I don't know when E89 will be available in other countries and in USA..

So maybe Europe gets the car early, like spring of next year, and BMW just calls it a 2010. I would hope this is true for the states too, but imagine it will come out in fall of '09 with all the other 2010 models. But I think it would make more sense for them to release it in the spring of '09, that way they can make more summer sales. Plus I wonder if there will be a current z4 as a '09 or will they just not make an '09 z.

It won't be true for the states. In the last two product release cycles, vehicles built in Germany will debut in March in Germany and Europe and be available in the States by September for the MY, while cars built in the states gets released world-wide later than it would for U.S. dealers.

Since the next generation Z roadster will be built in Germany it will likely follow the same pattern. As for the the current E85/E86 Z4, the M production will likely ramp down soon and the last Z4 built will probably roll off of Spartanburg no later than March of 2009.

see that video just really really pisses me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just was in Europe for 2 weeks at the end of march!!! and guess what... when i drove from Amsterdam to spend the night at the hotel with the guys at the Nurburgring all hell was breaking loose..it was snowing and they had the track closed..then the following day same fricken thing!!! man i know i was just in a merc wagon c180 but it was a petrol and i would have beaten the shit out of it on the track!!! just a rental that they would have let me taken on!!! i was livid but i accepted the fact and moved on.. we are going back in about 10 months anyways!!! but i did see a bunch of 911 gt2's gt3's gt3rs' and turbo's, and a lonely m3 and of course some other crazy cars but it was cold so no Ferrari's all waiting to get on the track.. hopefully next time i will get the damn BMW i had reserved.. it was like the episode from Seinfeld trying to get a car from them!!! but sixt did a great job coming through actually!! but dammit to have a BMW 3 would have been so much sweeter to fly on the autobahn going 120-140 mph in than a c180 wagon for 2200 kilometers!!

i cant believe thats not a video from a video game.. the car handled soooo well. Especially around corners!! WOw! has to be a new 3.0 L TT engine man... Then they will make a M version to this car.. with that new V8.. wow!

What would be killer is if they dumbed the 4.0 V8 TT lol! on a roadster????? (yeah.. i doubt that)
