My car keeps unlock/locking repeatedly

Some time back I notice the car was locking/unlocking on its own. It kept at it all the way home and even after I switched off the car it continued locking itself.

I tried switching off the SmarTop module (but I don't see how that could be the cause), just waiting (a lot), nothing seems to affect it. I googled but nothing came up relating to newer BMW's, anyone face a similar issue in the Z or any other car.

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow, hoping they'll have a look at it.

It was caused by a failed module, dealer quoted $600 to replace.

Taking my car in day after, locks are not something that I wanna take a chance with.
