Aaaaah good idea, but a question here.. How does it feel when breaking? Now that you have the 6 pots front and the OEM (less powerful break) in the rear???

Hey Landshark,

The brake modulation is improved. The front doesnt bite as hard as how the look might suggest. Reason I got it besides for the looks was that I will be trackking the car pretty much often, and with the calipers plus upgraded pads it should reduce breake fade. I will say 90% of the time you wont even notice the difference.

I didnt go for red as there are too many red and blue kitted cars of different makes running around. Silver will not stand out though it will be my second choice. Going with Yellow as personally I pretty much like the color combo

Your 20 inch DPE will defintely clear the brembos!

On the caliper color, I agree with you.. Yellow suits is best.. Red won't bring it out the normal...
I would am considering yellow or red on my AW/coral red interior... But won't decide until the rear kit is in the market...

got the car back from the workshop after 2 weeks. mental note to self, never ever do numberous launch control when the car is on a tune.

Got myself a JB4 tune immediately after that. First impression is its much smoother than the JB3. Power delivery is linear to the extent I couldnt almost believe it was a NA car instead of turbo.


and now may i present another video of the 458 Italia. This time, its playing with a Lambo LP550

Alext half shaft broke. Not so keen to try launch control again anytime soon especially with the jb4 Im presently running. The dealership was kind enough to replace one under warranty thank goodness for that!

GruppeM intake

Driving around in a hot humid climate here really has a detrimental effect using the bms dual cone. The heat soak gets on my nerve and I had been contemplating reverting back to the stock airbox.

At a workshop now and since I'm getting a special price on the gruppeM, I'm just gonna put it on and try!
