Squeaks and Seals.

My Z4 is not a daily winter driver but I do run it with snow tires during the winter, so it gets a little bit of use. Over the winter I noticed much more squeaking and what I think is noise form the rubber seals on the top.

What are some fellow owners recommendations on treatments of the seals and does it help with noise?

Thanks in advance

I had the same problem and bought a product called Gummi Pflege Stift which is a rubber care product you wipe on the rubber seals around the top. It has worked very well and I highly recommend it. You should be able to find it on amazon.

I had this issue from day one. I tried the gummi stuff, but no luck. Eventually had all the seals replaced and it's been dead quiet since. Work was done under warranty.

Thanks for the response. I have ordered the "Gummi Pflege stift" and it will be here Tuesday. I am hopeful since the Z4 was quiet for a good while since new. I will post my results in a week or so.
