Newbie here...wondering about worn seat heater button

Hi guys! Just purchased my CPO 2009 Z4 35i. Loving the car. Question: the seat heater "icon" (white on the black button which lights up when pressed) has worn off (ie the white seat symbol on the button has worn to the point of being disfugured).

Does anyone know if I can just replace that button? Or any other way to fix this?

It's just a minor cosmetic but it's annoying me.

thanks!

David

If you just bought it and it was a BMW CPO. Ask the dealer to replace it.

I also bought a CPO and day I bought it and got home the sun hit the windshield at an angle I had not seen before and I saw a crack in the glass. I could see it had been glued so I called the dealer and they asked me to bring it back. They did a factory windshield replacement @ 0 charge.

The BMW Factory CPO requirements are very strict! It even costs the Dealer about $1000 to get it qualified with BMW.

For this reason I think BMW CPO's are way above other factory CPO programs.

Thanks. The original dealership I bought it from says it's not covered under cpo. Maybe I should try another dealer. Or call BMW directly.
