Does anybody know how the M-coder works? Looks like the SW-Package 1 "MMedia" version will do TV free AND Top on the roll? It can also be updated by the web! I found it on Prochips web site.

what i know is thats you go the wrong way with your "out of line" posts!!!

I have sent today a new TVfree CIC to Shadow with UPS,
the Tool will arrive tomorrow.

when he received them, he will test it... then he sent it to you.

this is the only way for me to be sure i do not read any like:

not sent... not works... after use, my car is defect etc.

sorry, but you put yourself in this situation...

as last, a profession is no basis to trust someone more than one other.
for me it is the same a guy is a heart surgeon or a gardener...

you are welcome...

regards
Andreas
What you mean"out of the line post" I just need some response from you, but you never reply my mails. And with the public attention, you came out within 24 hours, (I waited for you too long)
I hope your business will be very good with your attitude.

I will wait for Shadow to send me the tool, thanks

PS: from statistics: heart surgeon has a less possibility of cheating compare to gardener. (from financial standpoint) and a gardener can't afford to buy a Z4, especially in Thailand that cost around US$160,000 for a Z4 23i

It 's not handy. Ask me to rephrase if you don't understand.

Guys!

I have to comment on some of the postings here lately, and after thinking for a while I came to the conclusion that the only thing that is important from my point of view is that I always have control over the roof operation. Safety first! While driving or showing of at the street café.

My sons fingers are surely worth those 15-20 seconds of attention. I wouldn't want to have it any other way!

Prochip has NOT advertised the CTMfree have a "one-touch" function!

I know for sure that Prochip does not stand or fall with the tools for the E89. What I can say is that the engagement in solving issues is of highest priority for Andreas.

Having seen the inside of the programming in the car I can assure you that it is not like installing an "APP" on your Iphone! It's more complicated than that. A bit of brain-surgery.

Besides that I hope (am sure) things will be sorted out and everybody goes back to enjoy the pleasures of the E89.

Andrea,
you never give up, do you?

You still want to fight, OK?
with your stubborn, arrogant, and selfish, the way you attack you customer that gladly pay you for your goods, and the way you treat after you got the money. The way you help me to solve the problem. The way you ignor my mail for 5 times. The way he dug out my private information.
The more he did , the more damage to his company,

SO

PROCHIP will be rated 5 stars again

anybody who read this post and see how a seller attack his customer. And do you think that you will do business with him, do at your own risk

I don't care now wheather I receive the tool or not, But from this lesson, I learn that this is an exceptional company to I need to avoid, along with all Thai people in our www.bmwsociety.com (Thailand most popular web) They all will know this story.

GOOD LUCK Andrea

Don't bother to reply here, I will not visit this forum again, forever

Nobody wrote that prochip designed an one-touch operation. I just said that I don't find that convenient, but sure you are right about it being more controlled for the safety of the passenger.

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and after reading this thread I'm interested in this product...

Who should I contact for more info? I'm only interested in the Roof mod and not the Navigation mod but the website on prochip only has the product information about TVFree Navigation software.

Thanks,
ZP
