E89 2011 Z4 s30i Factory Exhaust Swap

I own a 2011 s30i with a factory single exhaust system. I was recently rear ended and as a result I’m doing a bit of repairs to the rear end. I’m thinking about updating the exhaust with the E89 dual exhaust system from a 35is and also update the rear bumper to accommodate the left and right single exhaust tips. Is the 35is factory exhaust something that can simply be mounted up without much issue? Any modifications needed? Has anyone performed this upgrade or have any knowledge of problems related to the swap?
