BMW Remote App
Any tried updated BMW Remote App ? My 2011 BMW Z4 35i S Drive was visible in the app until I installed the update this evening. Now I am seeing an error message "No vehicle available. No vehicle or no suitable vehicle available for this app. Please check your ConnectedDrive account.".
I called BMW Assist and they tell me that they can only send me a password reset link. If I don't want it and wish to take further I should call the dealer or customer service. Anybody experiencing this issue with the App ? |

It seems my info with BMW Assist and BMW Genius don't match. While BMW Assist confirms services on my account didn't expire, BMW Genius says they expired. After several frustrated calls to BMW Assist and Genius, they are contacting their IT to look into this issue. They don't know when this will issue will be resolved and will call me when it does. So iDrive is useless until they do.

I recently opened the app and apparently there was an update. I was asked to renter my user name and pw, but after that all was the same as far as my car showing up. Maybe uninstall and reinstall?
