Stainless steel Break Hoses

Anyone have recommendations for good SS Break hoses. I am going for a good /tight break pedal feel. I see that both ECS and Bavarian Auto have SS brake hoses for the E89 35is.
Are there any other companies that make SS brake hoses and also any feedback on anyone who has installed SS lines on the pros/cons.

Thanks,
Jake.

I have SS lines from UUC. This is universal stuff insofar as general SS vs stock. Beyond that my only suggestion is to make sure you get E89 specific stuff. There is lots of stuff that says E9x e8x, et cetera ... that does not work with E89. Even stuff that is stated as E89 specific is not right. In building my car (and we're not done) I can't tell you how many times my guy has gone to the machine shop or had to modify parts to make them work on the car - and they have all been E89 specific. I've also never had a car where so many vendors have given me partial refunds (unrequested) because of fitment issues. It's just a low production car with even lower enthusiast quotient, coupled with a "it's an N54 so it must be the same" factor ...

Good luck!

Filippo

Thanks for that info Fillipo. I will keep an eye out for that. Regarding the brake pedal feel, did you notice much of a difference after installing the SS lines.

Sorry should have been more clear - my car is still going together. The lines are on, but the car is immobile. Waiting to go to the exhaust fabricator on the 15th.

Had the SS lines fitted and the braking 'feel' is pretty good. I would say it is a must for anyone going BBK.
