Bride Racing Seats?
Has anyone retrofitted some racing seats into the E89 Z4?

One of the few options my Car doesn't have is the Sports seats. I would love a set of the Sports seat with heat and all power goodies, which I have, so if any one upgrades and wants to sell there sports seats let me know.
I have bLack Kansas leather.

Random thought OP.. Have you looked into the crash testing done to those seats and brackets?
Hate to sound like a safety grouch but just wanted to socialize this because all the anecdotes I had heard of people dying at HPDE due to seat failure have been with aftermarket seats or brackets. Personally I would look into cutting into the OEM seat cushion to put a slot for harness before getting aftermarket seat. And if I did go aftermarket I would want the whole assembly (seat + bracket + mounting hardware) to have a FIA competition certification. if you have to modify a part that's a huge red flag I think |
