YUMA, Ariz. -- An Arizona driver turned violent after he was allegedly cut off by a motorcyclist.

The shocking case of road rage in Yuma, Arizona was caught on a GoPro camera.

Video shows an upset driver barging out of his vehicle and punching the motorcyclist in the face. He then shoves a female passenger on the motorcycle, before punching and shoving the motorcyclist again.

"Call the cops right now. Help! Anyone?" you hear the biker yell out. "I did nothing to you!"

"Yeah! You just broke the law," the aggressor responded.

The motorcyclist eventually defends himself and pins the driver down. The driver was later taken by ambulance to the hospital with unknown injuries, KMYA-TV reports.

Detectives are still investigating, but the driver may face charges.

Word. If a driver wants to slug it out with me because I passed him while he was texting, then let's have at it... but if you try to knock my bike over, well let's just say I may loose self control

Hell yeah! Being violent and disrespectful to someone's motorcycle is like being violent or disrespectful to someone's wife or mom... don't do it unless you absolutely WANT trouble.

I'm actually a bit surprised the rider allowed the Golem to get so close before he dismounted the bike.

I remember when you picked up that beautiful and awesome machine you have in your avatar pic, but I'm a bit biased, lol

This must be so embarrassing for the driver of the car. When I ride my road bike, I always have my GoPro going just in case shit like this were to happen.

I really need to get wise like you you, and others who ride with a go pro.

It only takes that one time, and I'm sure a recording of any incident has helped out many damage /injury/law violation claims

Ever since someone tried to purposefully run me off the road, I ride with it. Kind of like a dashcam really...

I personally know the attacker, he was drunk. Guys a loose cannon and psycho, always has been. Hopefully he does some jail time and gets some help.

I hope he gets some help as well. It's good he got taken off the street if he was driving while intoxicated.

The real thread on the road was the driver. Maybe this will be a wake up call for him that will save lives in the future. including his own.

Be safe out there on two wheels. I hate to hear stories like that, but I am very familiar with the jealous /angry driver who doesn't like motorcyclists simply because we are less restricted than they are.

Well, I'm not on a motorcycle but rather my road bike, but yes, it's dangerous either way. I stay off the busy roads, but sometimes you have no choice. This particular driver was a dirty hipster in an old van. He tried to drive me off the road, and he literally came centimeters from me. I've never pedaled so hard in my life, I was determined not to let him get away with it. I caught him at a red light, and started bashing on his window. Guy was a pussy and wouldn't roll down the window or get out. People started getting their phones out and filming, so I just did the smart thing and backed down.

I understand. Cyclists got it bad as well. I'm in NY, so I see people antagonize cyclists all the time.

I love seeing the victim of road rage, put a bully in their place. When you approached that guy at the time, you probably taught him a lesson (not the one you wanted of course, lol) but he will think twice before doing that again.

Be safe out there once again though. Never know what the other may be capable of when confronting a complete stranger on the street.

I'm hearing you brother. If someone charged like that at me I'm sure I would have jumped off the bike quicker than old mate did and I'm a lover not a fighter.
