Locking glovebox

How do you lock the glove box in a 2009 Z435i with comfort access? Silly question but all I see is a regular keyhole on the passenger side glovebox.

A) I believe it locks automatically when the car is locked

B) Pull the key out of the Remote Fob and lock it manually using the key hole that you see.

I didn't have comfort access, but in mine, the center console auto locks, the glovebox does not.

Have to manually lock it with the key.

The glovebox can only be locked manually with the small key from the main key fob. Bit rubbish really.

Never even thought about the key you pull out of the key fob. Had the too down and wanted to lock the glove box while making a short visit and was confused over something that should be so simple!

I should have put that on my cons list. Strange that it does not auto lock like center console.
