245/40/17 tires

I am looking to get 245/40/17 rear tires for my SLK. I am thinking about getting a E89 when my lease is over. Will I be able to reuse then on the Z4?

The rear wheels on my SLK are 17x8.5. The front tires are 225/45/17 (which I think are same specs as the Z4's).

the bolt pattern on the slk is 5x112 and BMW are 5x120... So aftermarket wheels for a Benz won't fit a bimmer. however, the Z4 can accept up to 265 tires in the rear so yes, you can use the same tires but not the same wheels.
