because you can get any omega anytime but you can't get a SS Daytona even if you tried for retail..

btw.. how about both? pic of my old CS and my F430.

For some reason I really don't like Rolex. Not saying you don't have taste but I know MANY people who just bought a Rolex 'cause it's a Rolex. Not having a clue.

Like the middle one though! Pics of the IWC? Would love to get me one of those but don't 'fit' my small wrist properly

Btw, the red key, 360 or 430? If you say 360 CS you're my new hero I'd give my left nut for one of those. (Only the left one, pretty attached to the right one)

Solid brag

360 CS is, in my opinion, one of the best stock sounding ferrari's ever. Drove a 458 couple of weeks ago and that sounded pretty awesome aswell. Really wonder how the 458 stradale sounds. I'm not really a Ferrari person (big Porsche fan) but if I would ever get one for sure a 360CS or a 355 (prefer that one even more actually)

The Daytona SS is a classic Rolex yes but I think they keep the waiting list long on purpose to keep the 'hype' going around the watch. As a car enthousiast it pretty much is the logic Rolex choice
The one with black backplate and red dials is superb. I also really like the GMT master. Not sure about retail availability on those though.

well men should not wear jewelry with a watch and wedding band being the ONLY allowable exceptions - so we focus a little too much on the watch because it is our only opportunity to put on a little practical bling

I thought if I ever found it on sale I would get it. We took my parents on a cruise for their 50th wedding anniversary. Many islands have discount watch pricing, so I found the Citizen Titanium and bought it @ 50% off. At the next stop, my father convinced another place to give the same discount and bought the same watch. It was a nice bonding moment for us.
i remember being in a cruise myself, we went to Nassau i had never saw so many watches at the same place.

GMT Master II is one of my Rolex grails, along with the new 39mm Explorer and of course a SS Daytona.

Doesn't get any more classic and discreet than the Explorer, it doesn't even have a date indication.

Thought it was about time I posted some photos of my babies...I forgot to mention previously that I have a TAG Carrera Calibre 16 as well, never wear it so completely forgot about it. I bought it on impulse when I went to a TAG boutique to buy the Steve McQueen Monaco limited edition.

Below are photos of my 10 year old everyday wear weapon of choice "Omega Speedmaster Professional"

Mont Blanc Timewalker Chrono, lovely watch looks fantastic on the wrist.

Tag Carrera calibre 16, never wear it so should sell it really...

My BR01-94 and Panerai are at another location so I won't see them until July, If this thread is still running then I will put some photos up

I see why you like that watch. It looks like the 296 wheel!

It's an homage to the 1950 version (but you knew that!)
