Windshield upper trim cracking

Guys,

The upper rubber trim above my windshield is starting to crack due to UV and weathering effects...

Is it a DIY job to replace this?

Does anybody know where to find a write up or video?

The rubber door window trims are also somewhat worn, less than the windshield one, but still will need replacement in a year or so I guess...
So if you also know how to perform this job, would appreciate you can share the knowledge!

This won't help cracks, but a wet Magic Eraser does an excellent job cleaning up the rubber trim around the windows.

Appreciate your reply, but indeed it won't solve the cracks and I'm after that...
