leather scent unique/different in a Z4??

we all love the new car smell, and BMW has a unique new car leather smell that smells delicious. this is my first Z4 (had 3 3series) and it has weird/different new car smell? my wife thinks it smells like "sweaty" leather. I don't think it smells bad or good, rather undescribable.

does the new Z4 have a different new car smell that I am just not used to? or does my new car have an odor problem

Extended Coral Red, I never had extended before? is that why?

I have extended leather with the Ivory white nappa and it smells great!

i have nappa leather and it smells good, and it's buttery soft.
