How to access GPS antenna

I have a 2009 Z4 hardtop/convertible. I want to check and possibly replace my GPS antenna. I believe it is located under the mirror on the windshied? How do I get to it ?

It is indeed located on the inside of the windshield top bar.
You need to remove the A pillar trims, sunvisors and then the top trim. You need the roof open to achieve this.
The GPS antenna is the one on the right side of this photo, with the cable running up the right side A pillar trim.

How do I actually go about taking all of that off? I know the sunvisor unscrews, but how about the A pillar etc. Do they pop off, slide off etc.

The A pillar covers are clipped in…once the sun visors are removed that frees the top part ..the A pillar covers are just snap fit with the bottom section coming out first…
