e89 m diffuser carbon fiber (getting an idea)

Hello people I'm here just getting an idea how many of you would be interested to purchase a e89 m diffuser?. About to sell my car and have to take it off (1 month old).
heres some pictures

facts:

has some 3m sticky glue on it from where the license plate was, (if i sell it i will clean it up as best as i can).

little scratch.

holes drilled to custom fit.

overall 8/10 asking price 450 ship (US only).

Well I was about to post it on sell and trade, but again I wasn't trying to sell it yet. About the diffuser it's really isn't that bad, but again it's not perfect perfect.

Who makes this? And is it full CF, or polyurethane/fiberglass coated with a layer of CF?

It's fiberglass coated with a layer of cf.
