Your Ideal Offset? Need Opinion as Well.

Everyone have different taste, some like it tucked, some like it flush, some like poke. Personally, I'm a flush person, though some minor poke is okay.

I'm about to commit on a purchase for a set of Work T7R 2 piece wheels so I need some of your opinions. They will be custom made and takes about 2 to 3 months so I don't want to run into any complications after receiving them.

I don't plan to use wheel spacers and I'm keeping the same OEM tire size 225/35/19 255/30/19
I am considering the following:

Front:
19x8.5 +23 front
Outset difference per side+0.49 inch
Inset difference per side+0.01 inch

Rear: 19x9.5 +34 rear
Outset difference per side+0.49 inch
Inset difference per side+0.01 inch

So if you can have any offset, what would you prefer?

And to help me, I want it as flush as possible without worry about hitting a large bump. I am considering dropping them on Eibachs in the future. I live in Chicago and we have terrible pot holes year round. I'm running the measurements myself but I am very bad with measurements. With the tape measure, I am getting around 0.5 to 0.7 inches more (from the stock offset) to be perfectly flush with the fenders but maybe someone knows better.

If that is the case, I can probably run 19x8.5 +17 front and 19x9.5 +28 rear. That puts me at +0.72 inch on outside. What are you thoughts?

My rear is 19x10 265/30 +27 and no rubbing on H&R sport springs. Front is 19x8.5 235/35 +25 and it's pretty close to rubbing I think, so w/ 225's +17 could be ok. Eibach drop is milder than H&R too I think so you might be good.

You can see wheel and suspension specs in my signature. I don't have any rub, but I wouldn't call it flush, maybe slightly tuck. When fully compressed the rears a hair away from the lining and suspension. It's also pretty close to the suspension, so I'm pretty much maxed out for negative camber. The fender linings don't have too much room for flush.

That said I think you'll be fine. Do you mind stretch? a slight stretch will help.

as aggressive as you can with the rim fitting and not rubbing.

somewhere between 20-25 perhaps? and like you said, I think the rim more or less flush with a bit of poke is best.

Yea, thats the number I'm trying to figure out.

I see mrkoven and jts1981 are running 19x10. I look more into it and kinda leaning toward 19x10s as well for rear. It'll still work with my 255 with either little to no stretch.

I'll try remeasuring again, while I dont want to use spacers, I feel it may be best to play it safe and buy them less aggressive and adjust with spacer versus trying to get the exact measurement.

Have you get the wheels yet? I'm thinking to get this model too but not sure what's the setup should be.

Not yet. I went with 19x8.5 +23 front and 19x9.5+27 rear. Should be 0.5 difference in front and 0.75 difference in rear.

The wheels are still being made. I placed the order in April, they told me 12 to 16 weeks. If I'm lucky, I'll get it by August, I hear a lot of custom wheels take longer than the estimated time so I have my fingers crossed.
