Air leak or pump gone bad on seat bolsters?

I can fill up the seat side bolsters to a happy spot, but over time (10min or so), it goes back to 0 inflation... I took the back panel off and was hoping to hear some hissing or something but found nothing. Has anyone else run into pumps going bad or should I look at the connectors? What else can I check before I go and buy something unnecessary?

My bolsters were malfunctioning for the longest time, it's just a lousy design and I think a few members have this prb. I had a massage chair w/ similar construction, i.e. uses inflatable air balloons, which invariably failed because it's a flawed design and I suspect there's a minute leak somewhere.

I think Merc did it right, they don't use these stupid air balloons but it's mechanical instead?
