Headlight Washer System

anyone know how to activate them so they stay out.
I need to access them.
is there a way to have them out so i can access the plastic cover.

never mind.
the 2013 in Canada i28 as no power headlight washer.
The dealer just confirm to me. The plugs are in the bumper only as maybe an option on a different Z4 model.
