Software update after LPFP/New tank replacement

When I left my dealership this evening to pick up my car after my tank replacement, I noticed my car is sluggish now, like it is back to stock configuration as if I had lost my Dinan Stage2 update.

Does anyone have any idea how to tell if the software was updated without having to call my SA? IF you get a software update, does it wipe all your settings? My settings for my last destinations in my NAV and phone are still there. But not sure if updating software wipes it out?

Form a relationship with your SA in which he knows for certain that his life will be in danger if he screws with your software. Remind him of that whenever you leave him your car.

(And if ever there's a mandatory software upgrade [there was with the early N54s in 2007], grit your teeth and then after BMW flashes your ECU, go back to your Dinan dealer for a free reflash.)

How does one do that exactly, Ducky?
