I work full time designing swimming pools, and a side job doing shop drawings for commercial glass companies.

At one point I did have a full time job and 3 side jobs but that kicked my ass hardcore. Money was flowing buy family was suffering.

I do have a hobby of wood working that I do also that I make a little money on the side as well but don't really consider that a side job (though IRS does technically )

I'm a busy body by nature.

I need a blogger / social media marketing person if anyone wants some side action. Veterans move to the top of the list.

I have always wanted to sell stuff on amazon and ebay but my concern is how do u manage to ship stuff for cheap? like i can sell toys for $4-5 that ther venders r selling with free shipping, but if i offer free shipping how can i make profit
I used Fulfillment by Amazon for toys.

Towards the end, I'd sell 200-400 items a day, there's no way I'd ship all of them out myself.

I was there from 2007 to 2009 and loved it. I do manage to get back there once a year or so to visit friends and former direct reports.

One of the best states to live in, by far.

I'll show you soon, you can decide if I'm worth the big check.
I'm definitely interested. I have a home that will be vacated near the end of this year that will need a complete reno and I'd like to go with something unique because of its location.

I know what you mean about the dry run. I added 1200 sq ft to a home I lived in about 12 years ago as a dry run to build my masterpiece. I quickly discovered that I don't have the patience to deal with sub-contractors and wisely disabused myself of that notion.

I did all of the design and drafting including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and all structural engineering calculations. I really enjoy doing this kind of work wish I could do it more often. Keep us posted with your progress!

I'll definitely do so. Axius and me have already been conspiring about something after May. I will string a couple of meetings around ATL then pop on up in the i8. I love putting it on the road and getting 40mpg has me laughing the whole trip!

I have a good friend that owns a few interesting cars and may still have access to the private Porsche Collection in Durham. I will ping him once we solidify a time.
