Garage List
I use warm water and mild hand soap, then the BMW Leather Care treatment.

there are a plethora of fine leather care products on the market. Use a proper cleaner applied to a soft, clean cotton rag (not directly onto the leather) and then treat with a conditioner. BMW dealers sell leather care products that are very good and not all that expensive.

1/3 Woolite and 2/3 warm water + a white terry cloth towel = a great gentle clean (follow with leather conditioner please)

The only Woolite that I can find looks like plain old laundry detergent. Available in "for delicates", normal loads, or max clean versions. Is either the right one to get?

Lexol works great. If you have the ivory seats with the Alcantara inserts, do not use Lexol on those parts of the seats. Alcantara has its own cleaning needs that differ from leather.

God I hate mine! The Nappa leather, is so much more succeptable to staining than the standard leather and the color, looks nice, but now dirty adter a month and even the dealer can't get it clean, am trying to get drivers seat replaced under warranty,

I've had my Z4 with ivory/napa interior for 4 months now, and I'm actually surprised at how well it does. I haven't had to clean/maintain it once thus far. I'll probably give the interior a cleaning once we get past the yellow pollen in the spring. So far though, it's been great.
