Painting brake calipers

I am considering painting my brake calipers instead of upgrading to a painted set, has anyone done this and how did it work out? I’m think about using something like the G2 paint system or something similar.

Pretty simple job,I used POR and am happy with results. Just remove from bracket and lay on rotor,tape off and a few coats later you will have a renewed rotor!

No special paint required, but keep in mind rear calipers are steel and rust can break through so need good prep. and a few coats.
