I have the multi-spoke wheels, do not use a power wash, and they are easy to clean. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about.

It takes me 3.5 hours to complete!

My question is my chamois (generic brand) SUCKS! It doesn't suck up the water and is literally breaking up in little pieces on my car's surface. I want to know what is a good alternate material or product/other chamois brand you'd recommend to do the job right? Thx.
I use a Toro leaf blower (200 mph) to dry my car after washing it. No touching, so no fine surface scratches and/or debrit that a chamois leaves behind.

Then, Zaino Z8 detailer after that.

The finish looks flawless after a wash.

I dunno if they are 'easy' to clean but I clean them as well. However, it's a fact that wheels w/ less spokes are easier to clean, that's all.

I'm very lazy but I still lovingly clean those 20-spokers on a regular basis.

Leaf blower, heavy duty! Ya, I heard great things about Zaino.

I have my car washed at least twice a month at a local softtouch car wash.
They use compressed air to get water out of the crevices and finish drying with microfiber towels. At least once a month I get her the full wash with wax, etc.

Twice a year I get her a hand wax job.

After each wash I do the tire shine, leather treatment and windows myself.
