Looking at '11 3.5s - question on DCT vs AT
I'm looking at buying an out of state 3.5S - the pic shows either an AT or DCT shifter - the salesperson didn't know either - she says she thinks it's an automatic - is there any way to quickly identify whether it's an AT or DCT by looking at the shifter or surrounding area? I have the VIN and can only call my SA on Monday.
Thanks in advance...

35i or 35is only have DCT, not a traditional AT. Only the 30i has the AT

If select sport or sport plus mode then shift points are higher and shifting is quicker.
