Angel eyes to DRL

Wanting to wire up my angel eyes to an ignition feed so they become DRL. Anyone have any a suggestion as my auto sparkie is even having trouble without getting all sorts of error codes or other lights staying on permanently.

I believe the angel eyes are already set to DRL. You just have to change the setting in your iDrive. (2009+ E89 Z4's)
