Got a question
I am going to be ordering an F30 this week, only problem is they dont come stateside till february. My thinking is the Z4 28i is a similar car. Similar engine, transmission, and weight.
What are your overall impressions of the N20 motor? How does it compare to the old N52? How is the sport 8sp ZF? What do you think of the adaptive M suspension? Really appreciate it guys! thanks!!!

I don't believe anyone here has a Z4 with the N20 yet. They haven't been shipped Stateside yet. I think the general consensus is that it's a well-performing engine but not as good as the N54 in terms of performance, sound and feel (I'm assuming you meant N54, not N52, which is an older, non-turbo engine) The transmission is excellent, either DCT or manual.
