I ve been trying to get the optimum out of the standard system by adjusting the fade/treble/balance, still not statisfied at all...

With this system, the original speakers get replaced, and the doorboard will be used for the kickbass-speakers.

But you got a point with the entry/exit issue, as I am pretty tall, I really have to pay attention getting in and out of the car.

I would love to only have the standard system replaced, but I doubt that I would get a statisfying sound output...

I mentioned it in another thread, a buddy has a Jehnert system in his 135i and it is really good.

Still I am open for suggestions, if you have any other ideas, let me know

Picked it up on Wednesday, the Leather repair turned out great, nothing can be seen of the damage anymore it looks like the first day

But I have the strange clunking noise from the right rear wheel as mentioned in another thread, gotta take it downtown once again (The 4th time within the 5 weeks I have it)

Happy 1st Birthday Baby!
After 1 year of ownership I must say I am in love even more, although this Diva gave me some headache with rattling and clunking! Thank god the dealer was able to fix it.
But thats about it on the negative side:

I get a Lot of Compliments on the car, since I am the only one in my Area it is indeed a headturner.

Golden moment while driving open air with my girlfriend: A Couple of 8-11 year olds stop next to me while I was standing at a red light one of them shouting: I want your car and your girlfriend! Which I answerd with reving the engine which made them go nuts

I am looking forward for another great season with my baby
