A little Sunday morning detailing of my 2012 Z4 sDrive35is. 50+ pics...
Hey everyone. So two weekends ago I picked up a 2012 BMW Z4 sDrive35is on swapalease.com from Atlanta and drove it 865 miles back to New York. I was unbelievably impressed with how well it drove. So solid and planted and I averaged 26 mpg and 67 mph for the trip. Really tons of fun!
Here is how it is equipped: Black Sapphire with Canyon Brown extended leather Premium Package Premium Sound 19" wheels Navigation Park Distance Control Sirius Satellite Radio The previous owner lowered the car on Eibach suspension, installed black kidney grills and performed the secondary cat delete. I had the wheels powdercoated black, 35% tinted windows, and painted the brake calipers red. And now onto the pictures. Enjoy!

Congrats on the new ride. I like the interior against the black. Nice subtle contrast. Too bad you need a front plate. Not sure about bright orange against black (maybe you can get that powder-coated too). Sharp looking car anyways

Excellent choice! PSS + secondary cats delete + optional (real) sports suspension + 35is tune = how this car should have been configured from factory!
Optional cooling, brake and diff upgrades would have been nice for track enthusiasts too, but here you already have all the most important bits installed. |

Thank you very much!
Thanks! Yep most of them are mine. A couple are my father's over the years and two are my wife's. I like documenting every single car I've ever owned or leased!

Whoa, great minds think alike! I too have pics of former cars on the wall of my 1 car garage (which currently also has a black Z4)
A key difference is that I am super lazy about detailing my car and your pics are reminding me to work on that! My wife is in BK right visiting family and told me about the 72F followed by snow weather. Sorry about that man.... |

Actually, I'm not really sure. I just assumed the lease from someone else and they said it was dropped on Eibach Springs. Didn't realize there was a noticeable difference visually between the two.
