Love it. They definitely did a great job with the exterior. I still think the C6 looks great. I actually considered it when shopping (decided on a Z, that I am now currently trying to find one that has the options I want). The stingray's exterior is definitely a win. However, I still can't fall in love with that interior. It's vastly improved from the previous gen, but it still looks so American. Plastic here, plastic there. Can't see myself buying a 50k+ car with an interior that looks like that, but that's just me. Corvette wins in the bang for buck and exterior designs though.

I don't mind the exterior styling, borrowing some elements from current luxury line up is fine, but I can not fall in love with the rear view. the four round exhaust tips in the middle is atrocious, and the rear lights? I can't tell it's a vette without the round four lights, it's a fast car im sure, but that's all it's going to be in my eyes.

The interior looks much better than the C6. Lots of bang for your buck.

It just looks awesome!
I truly like the Z4 and its look, but this one is more like a Ferrari or something! I don't specially care about if it is close to the usual Corvette style, I look at what I have under my eyes and it is beautiful: - The front is aerodynamic and modern design - The back is good too, even the 4 round exhaust tips are not too bad - The interior is much better than previous versions, build quality looks definitely higher (not Deutsch Qualität of course). I have found a page where you can get some high def pictures about it: http://www.6speedonline.com/articles...ette-stingray/ |

The performance specs suggest it is a 991 S competitor at half the price, and on paper it has all the hardware to stand up to hard track use in stock form.
If I had to chose a new car replacement for my Z right now, it would be the C7 I'm really digging how functional all of the design elements are, and that it has hardware (i.e. transmission and differential coolers, limited slip differential) that suggests it was design as a track toy ![]() |

I really like it but for a different size interior vent for every single outlet - seems ridiculous but now I am nitpicking. Bargain price for a lot of car, excatly what a corvete should be.

I like it... I'd have one in a few years when all the 1st gen faults have been found, and the price is even better... learned my lesson buying 1st gen cars (e89!).
