Mine has finally made it to the US and should be finished at the VPC and on a truck to Texas! My dealership is supposed to have my car around 11/14-11/16... So it won't be much longer now!! Hoooraaayyyy!!!

I just drove past my dealership who has 2 black and 2 AW 4cyl 2013 in stock. 28 months ago I had exhausted 12 local dealerships looking for a 35i for months and almost did the unthinkable, order and wait, and then on a Saturday night after a late movie date with my girl I found a 3/2010 build 2011 35i just 8 miles from my home and bought it the next day, July 10 2010! I am in awe of those who can suffer through new car delivery. Best wishes.

Just received an update that my car is making its way to the port. Looking online, the next ship heading to the west coast leaves the 18th. Hopefully I will make that ship.

It's easier to go through the delivery process rather than go through several years of owning a car that is missing key features or forces unwanted ones on you....

Thanks. Seems my car is stuck at the port. The next ship heading to the West Coast is the Glorious Leader which leaves this weekend. Looks like I won't get it till after New Year's.

Question for you guys, When I check online it says "production ends", and the 800 number says "at port waiting for shipping vessel"

Any idea roughly of how much longer this will take? The production ended about a week ago and its been sitting at the port. How often do they ship cars?

Unfortunately I have one of the worst dealer reps which doesn't pick up phone calls, or give me a clear answer. According to him the car was built in the US. Funny because every where I look online it states it is made in Germany.

Anyways just very anxious and frustrated. Any info would be much appreciated.

My dealer called me last week and said that the car should be arriving in NJ on the 28th and he'd call after arrival to set up a pick up date, about a week after later.
