Just installed the MTec and it was the easiest install ever. Here's a quick DIY with pics from the driver side:

Step 1: Locate the plastic cover for the headlights. Remove it by twisting it and then pull.

Step 2: Once the cover is off, locate the bulb, not very hard to find.

Step 3: To remove the bulb, twist it downward towards the center of the car (to the left from drivers side, to the right of passenger side). There really is only one way you can twist it anyways because the other way is blocked by a screw so you can't make a mistake. Once you twist it, just slowly pull it and off they go.

Step 4: Remove the OEM bulb by releasing the clips on the side (circled below) and then replace the new bulb.

Step 5: Place the bulb back the opposite way of how you removed it and you're done.

Here's a comparison pic, the bulb does become yellow once the the headlight is on but it's good enough for me. Really difficult to get a comparison pic where, it turns all blurry so I had to take a pic of each just combined them. The MTec are definitely better than the yellow OEM and you can tell how much better it is when the light hits the wall (sorry no pic of this) and it is brighter.

OEM on left and MTec Super Whites on the right.

Well, hope that helps.
