I went a width larger with 235-40 up front and 265-35 in back. The stock 19" rims can handle 10mm wider if you wish with no problem. You have listed the stock size tire and that is fine too.

Very true, Michelins' tires are very sticky in general compare to other brands but i have better mileage with Michelins' tires, interesting.
