Ya, I always wonder about negative statements for the roof...we all know that the whole roof mechanism weighs around 1xx-2xx? kgs (I can't remember the actual #) but the roof itself is only 8 kgs (something like that), so how much does it really affect balance whether top up/down?

Cnet's focus is obviously on technology, and they tend to like BMW's newer idrive system interface. Fortunately, they recently tested the 335is and 535i and were able to associate those experiences with what should have been on the 35is.
Good point. Didn't know one can get a 35is w/o nav. Weird.
