You could very well have some intimate knowledge (...
by way of knowing an officer or somebody within the department who fed you information)....................or you could be full of hot air. There's no way to really know, hence my statement about the internet. You can paint any picture you'd like in this wonderful world of 1's and 0's. Glad your situation worked out for you.
