Its not as bad as it seems! I know you had to buy the options on your car, however on the 2012 they are not add all these options free of charge. Typical BMW fashion is to add these options and raise the base price up (in this case the 2012 has gone up over $2,000 from base MSRP of the 2011's...) So you aren't losing all that much after all...
