My hinges were broken when I bought the car used last month. I think this usually happens when the top hits luggage or something sticking up too far in the trunk. The dealer provided a new partition/divider under warranty. If you must buy this yourself you must buy the whole peice The hinges are not sold separately. This costs about $211.00
