Yesterday I wake up to hear the neighbors across the street getting their driveway seal coated. The workers put a couple of stakes in the ground with a strip of red plastic tape hanging between them about 1' off the ground.
I got home last night to see that someone forgot that they weren't supposed to use the driveway for a couple of days.
