I have the same color combo ( AW/red ) , and was thinking red calipers would look sharp.

jacked up the car, one wheel at a time.
1. took the wheel off (caliper left in place)
2. taped of the brake disk and surrounding area
3. used caliper cleaner
4. used DupliColor spray paint, 3 coats (Racing Red, not sure of the code i will look it up when i get home)
5. put the wheel back and leave for few hours to dry
* if u get pain anywhere around use a cloth with a drop of paint thinner to clean but i recommend covering the area around well
i did the same on my e92 and used a brush, this is better, less streaks and much smoother finish
